Every organization runs on resources. Churches are no different with several exceptions. The money that is given gives back. We don’t make widgets or something to sell, we work to connect God and his resources to people. In the Bible, generosity is a big topic, not just our money, but we are to be generous with our time and talents for the good of others. In the Bible, in Malachi 3:10, it says that in this area we can test God to see if he is faithful. It’s the only time that is said. God may not repay dollar for dollar, but it will come back to you in many other ways. And, your contributions are tax-deductible.
